1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and big77 ("big77", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the big77 website accessible at https://big77.click and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, virtual games, slot games, and any promotional programmes offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and big77. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless a specific provision states otherwise.

2 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this Agreement:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with big77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. big77 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all users in line with the age restriction applicable to casino-style gambling under our international gaming licence.
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as the beneficial owner of the Account and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You do not hold any other existing Account with big77, whether active, suspended, or previously closed.
• You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or any other gambling platform in circumstances where such self-exclusion has not been formally lifted.
• You are not an employee, director, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee or director of big77 or any of its affiliated entities.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Malaysian mobile phone number. You undertake to keep this information up to date throughout the life of your Account.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold one and only one Account at big77. The creation of multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, big77 reserves the right to close all such Accounts and, where bonus abuse is suspected, to forfeit all associated balances.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal request, big77 requires all Users to complete KYC verification. This process requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent); and
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent); and
• Where required, additional documentation evidencing source of funds.

big77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point, not solely at the time of withdrawal. Users who fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a request may have their Account suspended.

4.4 Account Currency

All Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Deposits made in other currencies or via cryptocurrency will be converted to MYR at the rate applicable at the time of transaction, as determined by big77. No additional currency conversion fees are charged by big77 for MYR-denominated transactions.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the safeguarding of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. big77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account, which is available to all registered Users at no charge.

You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. big77 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In the event you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify big77 immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. big77 shall not be liable for any losses sustained prior to such notification where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your Account.

6 Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

big77 accepts deposits via the following channels, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise indicated:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Online Banking: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM20 for e-wallet and bank transfer methods. Minimum cryptocurrency deposit amounts are stated in fiat equivalent (MYR) on the deposit page and are subject to change based on network fee conditions.

6.3 Source of Funds

By depositing funds to your Account, you warrant that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. big77 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation at any time and to withhold processing of withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

6.4 Deposit Fees

big77 does not charge deposit fees for MYR-denominated transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits may be subject to network fees payable to the relevant blockchain network, which are outside big77's control. Any bank or e-wallet fees imposed by the payment provider are the User's responsibility.

6.5 Failed Deposits

If a deposit is initiated but does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, please contact our 24/7 live support with your payment reference number. Do not initiate a second deposit until the first has been resolved.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

A withdrawal request will be processed only where all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• KYC verification has been successfully completed;
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds have been fulfilled;
• The Account is in good standing with no active investigation, dispute, or security flag;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the daily or weekly withdrawal limit applicable to your Account tier;
• The nominated withdrawal account or wallet is registered in your own name as per your KYC documents.

7.2 Processing Times

big77 targets the following indicative processing windows for withdrawal requests from verified Accounts under normal operating conditions:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): 5 to 30 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX: 1 to 4 hours during banking hours
• Local Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): 1 to 24 hours
• Cryptocurrency: 15 to 60 minutes, subject to blockchain network conditions

These are target timeframes and not guaranteed service level commitments. big77 will communicate proactively where delays are anticipated. Delays caused by third-party payment providers, network congestion, or public holiday banking restrictions are outside big77's direct control.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawal limits apply per transaction, per day, and per week. Specific limits are displayed in your Account dashboard and vary by Account tier and payment method. VIP tier members benefit from elevated withdrawal limits and priority processing.

7.4 Refusal of Withdrawals

big77 reserves the right to decline, delay, or reverse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Where a withdrawal is declined, big77 will notify you of the reason to the extent permitted by applicable legal obligations.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by big77 are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed at the point of opt-in. By opting in to any bonus, you agree to be bound by both these general Terms and the specific terms of that promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before any related winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, game contribution percentages, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry period are stated on each promotion page. Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, big77 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus balance and any winnings attributable to that bonus from the requested withdrawal amount.

8.3 Welcome Bonus

The big77 Welcome Bonus is available to new registered Users who have completed KYC verification and made their first qualifying deposit. The maximum welcome bonus is capped at MYR 2,880. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be closed and balances forfeited.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses; placing hedged bets or low-risk combinations to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk; coordinating with other Users to guarantee profits from bonus funds; and any other conduct that big77 deems to constitute an attempt to exploit bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal, good-faith gaming activity. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related balances and may result in permanent Account closure.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 Acceptance of Bets

big77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion. Bets are only accepted up to the limits displayed at the time of bet placement. Bets placed above the displayed maximum stake may be reduced or voided.

9.2 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds published due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — big77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid.

9.3 Event Cancellation & Postponement

Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the time threshold stated in the applicable sport-specific rules, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is completed within the stated continuation window. Specific rules for Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other covered events are available in the sport-specific rules section of the Platform.

9.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting is subject to the same general rules as pre-match betting with the additional proviso that big77 may suspend markets, withdraw odds, or void bets where real-time data is unavailable, where there is evidence of data integrity concerns, or where unusual betting patterns are detected. Live bet acceptance is subject to latency limitations; any bet accepted after the relevant in-play threshold has passed may be voided at big77's discretion.

9.5 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games on the Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed within the game information panel. big77 does not control or modify game outcomes — all results are determined by the game provider's RNG system.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed herein constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering an Account or placing bets on behalf of another person without express authorisation;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any other technology that interacts with the Platform without human input;
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds for financial gain;
• Collusion with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity in breach of applicable anti-money laundering legislation;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN or other technical circumvention tool;
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or betting on events where you possess inside information;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing big77 support staff or other Users.

11 Responsible Gambling

big77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its Users. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment purposes only and must not be used as a source of income or financial relief. We provide a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity responsibly:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour reflection period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session reminders at intervals of their choosing.
• Cooling-Off Periods: A temporary break from the Platform of between 24 hours and 90 days may be requested via live support.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to permanently or indefinitely close their Account due to problem gambling concerns may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

12 Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, and game assets, is the intellectual property of big77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of big77.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, big77's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

big77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if big77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit big77's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

big77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Users by email to their registered address and display a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your balance prior to the effective date.

The current version and effective date of these Terms are displayed at the top of this page. We recommend you review these Terms periodically.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which big77's international gaming licence is issued. This does not prejudice any mandatory consumer rights you may hold under Malaysian law.

In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. big77 is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in the governing jurisdiction.

big77 does not exclude the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts where mandatorily applicable under Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
